Tobby Michael Agwe has extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, with a strong background in academia, public service, and project management. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer in Environmental Engineering at Soroti University, Uganda, where he is involved in lecturing, research supervision, curriculum development, and student mentorship. Before joining Soroti University, he served as an Assistant Lecturer at Kabale University for four years.
